If your customer has the product, we will need pictures of the album and any defects, and if the album needs to be repaired we will need to receive it back. If the album needs to be replaced then we would not need the album returned.
Zookbinders stands behind all products. Any album received damaged or with any type of manufacturing or material defect will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Please contact our Customer Service department at 847-272-5745 immediately upon receipt of the damaged or defective product. You may be asked to email images of the album and any defects. Do not discard any packaging or the outer shipping carton.
